1. Hassle free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method; COD orders refunded via UPI- we will ask UPI details over WhatsApp.
3. Issues with defective, incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. We facilitate the pick-up and upon receiving the return do a QC, post which we refund the money within 2 days.
5. For COD orders, refund is processed immediately; for prepaid orders it might take up to 7 business days for amount to reflect in your bank account.
